29th Shetland Folk Festival Various venues throughout Shetland 30 April - 3 May 2009 This year we went to concerts at Hamnavoe, the Clickimin Centre and the Royal British Legion in Lerwick. We also went to the Festival Foy at the Legion on the Sunday.  We saw at least 23 acts and had a fantastic time with stupendous music and entertainment. As usual the Festival Club was a great opportunity to catch up with old friends, not so old friends, make some new ones, have a few beers and enjoy the wicked late night Islesburgh catering too! We have uploaded images of the Festival organised by day and venue, which should make it easy to find any particular act that you might be looking for. We have many images of the acts we saw and often several of each band member. Contact Us if you would like to discuss possible use of our photography.
